1.   Unless agreed otherwise, the villa will be rented on a weekly basis.

2.   The villa will be rented for the number of people declared on the booking form (up to a maximum of 6 unless agreed otherwise).

3.   A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking

4.   Booking will be confirmed by the owner in writing or by e-mail upon receipt of the deposit

5.   The balance of rent should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental period unless otherwise agreed.

6.   In the event of cancellation of the booking within 1 calendar month of the start of the rental period a rebate of the balance of rent will be applicable as follows:

Over 3 weeks notice - 75%

Over 2 weeks notice - 50%

Over 1 weeks notice - 25%

7.   A refundable deposit of £50 will make up part of the invoice and will be returned to the client at the end of the rental period assuming no liability for damage / breakages.

8.   The villa will be available from 1400 on the first day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand)

9.   The villa must be vacated by 1100 on the final day of the rental period. (unless otherwise agreed beforehand)

10. Late arrival and / or early departure are outside the terms of the agreement and no refunds will be made.

11. The owner reserves the right to inspect the house during the rental period if there is a good reason to do so and by appointment with the client

12. Furnishings and fittings must be left in a similar condition to that in which they are found upon arrival. In the event of damage or loss, the client will be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement costs.

The client must undertake not to disturb the peace of the neighbourhood. Specifically, noise should be kept to an acceptable minimum between the hours of 2200 and 0800

13. The rent is inclusive of standard utilities (electricity & water).

Clean bed linen and towels (not beach towels) will be provided.

14. The owners reserve the right to refuse all male or female groups. This may be waived in certain circumstances however it must be understood that the property is on a residential development and certain rules regarding noise are in place. Fuerteventura is a peaceful island and as such is not really the sort of resort that these sort of parties usually want.

The terms and conditions above may seem to be dictatorial however they are laid down to try and protect our investment for ourselves and future occupants. Any breakages that do occur accidently will be considered sympathetically, however it would be looked upon more favourably if the damage were reported to us prior to the post holiday inspection.
